Registration Information:
The registration fee for this conference is $100 per facility. This entitles each facility to send two representatives to the fall conference. Facilities wanting to send more than two representatives to the conference, an additional fee of $50 per person is due for each person you send in addition to the two people the $100 conference fee includes. The cost of lodging is $80 per night single occupancy and $100 per night double occupancy. To make your reservations, please call Deer Creek at 1-740-869-2020. You must mention that you’re attending the OJDDA conference in order to receive the contracted room rates. Per our contract, room reservations must be made by September 5, 2011 in order to receive the discounted room rates.
