The meeting was called to order by President Kirk Davis at 1:02pm.

April Cook, Executive Board member was absent.

April Cook, Executive Board member was absent.III.Minutes – Upon motion by Lance Ray, seconded by Herb Henderson, the minutes from the December 14, 2007 Executive Board meeting were unanimously approved with one correction. Allen Bennett was absent from the December 14, 2007 meeting.

Allen Bennett was absent from the December 14, 2007 meeting.IV.Treasurer’s Report – Upon motion by Dave Vanderwall, seconded by Allen Bennett, the Treasurer’s Report was unanimously approved as presented at the All Association Meeting.
Treasurer’s Report – Upon motion by Dave Vanderwall, seconded by Allen Bennett, the Treasurer’s Report was unanimously approved as presented at the All Association Meeting.V.2008 Spring Conference – Estimated costs are approximately $4,681.22 depending on mileage expenses for presenters (see handout).

There is no charge for the meeting room.
VI.Open Discussion - Dave Vanderwall will e-mail a pamphlet with information on disproportionate minority contact. For reporting purposes, minorities should be broken down by race versus county numbers.
